Since 1974 Village Realty has served the greater Winter Haven area with professional property management services matched by no other company!
Village Realty’s property management department handles the management and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Our great team brings to the table over 80 years of combined experience in real estate and property management.
Being in the real estate business and doing property management for over 40 years, our company has extensive experience. Village Realty successfully rode the technological tidal wave into the 21st century. We utilize advanced property management software that allows us to successfully market properties on over 35 different online locations; for tenants, it allows us to provide online payment options and work order options; for owners, direct deposit and electronic statements.
Dave Collins, as a founder of Village Realty, along with his original partners, was instrumental in the development of Southwest Winter Haven. In 1987 Dave constructed a new building for Village Realty, which is where we are still located to this day. Dave Collins led the company for 45 strong years, making Village Realty an unchanging landmark in the community.
Today, Joshua Taylor and his team work together to take care of our landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers with service that is outstanding. Our goal after 50 years remains unchanged. We work to keep happy tenants and achieve the best possible income for property owners.

JOSHUA TAYLOR Property Manager
Joshua Taylor, the broker and owner of Village Realty , is the epitome of professionalism in property management. He started his real estate career at Village Realty in 2011 focusing all of his energy into perfecting the art of property management. He continues to carry the torch that is Village Realty's nearly 50 years of client satisfaction.
Josh is a Winter Haven native who is proud to call this area home and strives to make owners happy to invest here and tenants happy to make their homes here as well. Joshua sales activity specializes in investment property acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and property development.
He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Realtors, and local civic organizations. Joshua serves on the board of the Greater Lakeland Chapter of NARPM which serves to promote education and professionalism inn property management.
At the forefront of his mind, Josh seeks to serve our customers and clients daily by balancing the needs of tenants with the investment goals of owners.
Nancy Cini Executive Assistant / Sales Agent
Nancy Cini, wears multiple hats in the Village Realty family, and excels at all of them. Nancy, is the executive assistant for our Broker/Owner and acts as his right-hand and transaction coordinator for most of Village Realty's many listings and sales transactions. Nancy, brings years of real estate sales, and property management experience to the team.
Nancy, is a fourth generation Central Florida native, who makes Winter Haven her home. She currently holds a broker-associate license and is always willing and able to help tenants bridge the gap into home ownership. Nancy, embodies professionalism and is an intrical key to the success at Village Realty.
Cat Ebel Asset Manager
Operational excellence, long-term vision, and a deep commitment to resident and owner success define Cat's leadership. With over 40 years in real estate and property management, she has mastered every facet of the industry — from financial performance and compliance to team development and asset strategy.
Her priority is simple: deliver strong returns and sustainable value for owners. Cat heads the toughest arm of the industry, dealing with tenant non-compliances, collections, as well as leading the charge on accounts payable.
